Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born on April 30, 1991), often referred to as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper from America. Scott is also a singer, songwriter, record producer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is a mixture of the name of his beloved uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) This is his first major-label contract with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released his first full-length album, called Owl Pharaoh, and was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. The album that he released as his debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was led by the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). The album was his third studio album Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. Following the debut of his hit single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the number one spot in less than a decade in 2020.
